Energize your morning with refreshing Sunrise Yoga.
Instructor Kathleen Farrell will lead you through 45 minutes of a total body yoga flow series, followed by 15 minutes of rejuvenating savasana. This efficient workout is designed to positively start your day feeling strong and stress free.
At the end of class, you will enjoy complimentary Left Coast smoothie and juice tastes to replenish your body after all the work you've done. Let's sweat, smoothie, and socialize!
- Please arrive a few minutes before 6am to check in.
- We reccomend you bring our own mat. If one is needed, please RSVP for a mat with Kathleen by email: Chicergy@gmail.com.
- Advanced ticket purchase is reccomended at $25 rate to reserve spot in class. Any additional tickets may be purchased at the door for $30.
- Wear comfy workout clothes.
- No prior experience necessary, all levels welcome.
